Ease of manufacturing blocks of any shape and texture, zero water permeability, allow the use of non-autoclaved aerated concrete “Pioner” for cladding buildings. Due to the low weight, strength and ability to withstand even the most adverse weather conditions, the cladding elements are durable and do not create additional load on the foundation and load-bearing structures of the building. Thanks to aerated concrete, it is possible to create non-standard, author’s architectural elements of the cladding.
Against the backdrop of rising energy prices and ever-increasing requirements for thermal insulation of enclosing structures and for energy-saving construction in general, demand is growing and requirements for energy-saving materials are increasing.
But building science does not stand still: new constructive solutions, new materials are being developed, the approach to construction as a whole is changing. Aerated concrete “Pioner” is used as a piece material in the form of blocks of cellular concrete with excellent geometry and high strength, frost resistance, thermal insulation and environmental friendliness. Pioner aerated concrete blocks are used for the construction of load-bearing walls in low-rise construction, filling openings in frame-monolithic housing construction, and partitioning.
But separately it is worth noting the opportunities that open up when using a dry mix for the preparation of non-autoclaved aerated concrete “Pioner”. The mixture is a set of components that, when mixed with water and mixed, make it possible to obtain monolithic cellular concrete in construction conditions. This allows you to solve a number of problems that have become a pressing problem for the construction industry in a number of countries. The range of application is very wide: filling of openings and arrangement of ceilings in the construction of light steel thin-walled structures, installation of floor screeds, flat roofs, insulation of pavement and pipelines.
